“Cosmopolitan condominium, with one and two bedroom wings, a swimming pool & a gym.
Competent facility management, with alert security and spic and span cleaners.
Centralized air-conditioning facility.
Centrally located close to the BurJuman Mall, the BurJuman Metro Station and the Double Tree Hotel & Apartment complex.
Street parking is easily accessed. Parking also available in the basement of the apartment complex.”

“I stayed there for 3 years.. it was in 1996-1999.. this brings back memories.. its a nice place, near burjuman.. but during that time,only 2-3 building were there.. all surrounded by desert..🥰 i wish one day i can go there again..”

“I stayed there for 3 years.. it was in 1996-1999.. this brings back memories.. its a nice place, near burjuman.. but during that time,only 2-3 building were there.. all surrounded by desert..🥰 i wish one day i can go there again..”

“Nice apartments. Good maintenence services and staff. Gates secured with card access Lovely neighbours. Very neatly maintained and pleasant atmosphere. Close to many amenities like Spinneys, Carrefour, Union Coop, Al adil and lots of options at Karama. It's location is Al Mankhool. Near to Burjuman Mall and metro.”

“The apartment building has a excellent location...near Burjuman Mall, Spinneys store and near to Karama shopping centre. The flats are good but there rents are unreasonably high. Maintenance services are very good.”
