“Before the takeover, the management was good and everything was running smoothly. However, after this company took over, their management and team have become extremely unprofessional. They are rude, disrespectful, and do not listen or understand customers properly. There are serious concerns about payments as well—they have not paid people what they owe. My friend, for example, has still not received his payment. Overall, the experience has been very poor. The team lacks basic professionalism and behaves in an unacceptable manner. In particular, a person named Tauqeer is extremely rude—he uses abusive language on calls and behaves very inappropriately. I would strongly advise others to b…”

“Before the takeover, the management was good and everything was running smoothly. However, after this company took over, their management and team have become extremely unprofessional. They are rude, disrespectful, and do not listen or understand customers properly. There are serious concerns about payments as well—they have not paid people what they owe. My friend, for example, has still not received his payment. Overall, the experience has been very poor. The team lacks basic professionalism and behaves in an unacceptable manner. In particular, a person named Tauqeer is extremely rude—he uses abusive language on calls and behaves very inappropriately. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with them.”
