“Review for Opal 4 – Al Mankhool, Dubai Opal 4 is a well-located residential building in the heart of Al Mankhool, Dubai. One of its biggest advantages is being directly behind BurJuman Mall, with an exit that leads straight into the mall premises. The building is surrounded by groceries, supermarkets, cafeterias, and restaurants—making daily living extremely convenient. It’s also well connected to public transport, with BurJuman Metro just a short walk away. The building staff are extremely cooperative and helpful, which really adds to the overall comfort of living here. While there are occasional minor maintenance issues, they’re usually addressed quickly—something even high-end buildings…”

“Review for Opal 4 – Al Mankhool, Dubai Opal 4 is a well-located residential building in the heart of Al Mankhool, Dubai. The building is surrounded by groceries, supermarkets, cafeterias, and restaurants—making daily living extremely convenient. It’s also well connected to public transport, with BurJuman Metro just a short walk away. The building staff are extremely cooperative and helpful, which really adds to the overall comfort of living here. While there are occasional minor maintenance issues, they’re usually addressed quickly—something even high-end buildings deal with from time to time. The swimming pool is excellent and well-maintained, offering a great spot for relaxation. However, the gym is quite outdated and in serious need of a revamp. Additionally, the kids’ play area on the ground floor needs attention—the pool table has been out of order for over 14 years, which is disappointing. Overall, Opal 4 is a solid choice for anyone looking for convenience, accessibility, and decent living standards in a prime Dubai neighborhood, but a few amenities could use some improvement.”

“I stayed for almost 10 yrs....maintenance level went down after 5 yrs...management is horrible....the chiller is free so u wil get no cooling.....n now after i left the flat they r not refunding our security amount...its been 4 months we are still chasing for our security deposit . In short all the best to the tenants who staying or going to shift ...”

“I stayed for almost 10 yrs....maintenance level went down after 5 yrs...management is horrible....the chiller is free so u wil get no cooling.....n now after i left the flat they r not refunding our security amount...its been 4 months we are still chasing for our security deposit . In short all the best to the tenants who staying or going to shift ...”

“The building is expensive. Chiller doesn't work. In summers you will sweat in the middle of nights. They purposely switch off some chiller units for few hours and do it every summer to save money and when you complain, they will give you lame excuses. Sauna and steam bath not working for past 2 years. Warning: You will have sleepless warm nights during summers.”

“The building is expensive. Chiller doesn't work. In summers you will sweat in the middle of nights. They purposely switch off some chiller units for few hours and do it every summer to save money and when you complain, they will give you lame excuses. Sauna and steam bath not working for past 2 years. Warning: You will have sleepless warm nights during summers.”
