“I’m giving 1 star because of the supervisor, Nihal. His behaviour is very unprofessional, and there seems to be clear favouritism towards female tenants.
Whenever a male tenant approaches him with a complaint or concern, he does not respond properly and often becomes rude or argumentative. But when a female tenant speaks to him, his attitude is completely different.
This is not only my experience. Other tenants have also noticed the same behaviour. A supervisor should treat everyone equally and handle complaints calmly instead of arguing with tenants.
Management should seriously look into this and take proper action.”

“Please guys don’t take any appartment from Orville real estate and they are unprofessional people and worst company in the uae and if you took any appartment at the end you Will loss everything
So better don’t waste your time and money with them

“Nice location to leave but the too known supervisor called Qiam or whatever is disrespectful and doesn’t know how to talk to tenants at all other supervisor wasn’t like these who was Indian guy I think . For the moment security doing the best the day security always well dressed and ready to listen to your complain and report for immediate attendance . Sir please if possible Qiam should be talked to or transferred may room colleagues complaining about him”

“BAKS BUILDING GOOD PLACE TO STAY , the only problem is the current supervisor is not good in talking to tenants to be honest named Kiam or so .. he need to know how to talk to tenants for because of us he is there thank you ,”

“Guyz please don't come here. New management is worst.they will not listen ur complaints. If u fight wd them then only work will happened. One guy is always saying u can leave, u can leave. Management has taken full flat from same building, having staff, sup, maintenance staff but all useless. Before it was awesome, now become pathetic and rent is too high. They will say something but after sometimes rule will be change. I am still staying here but leaving soon. Don't come here guyz please”
