“Very bad maintenance by landlord. Switches off air conditioning of common areas therefore common areas are extremely hot. The building is filled with cockroaches everywhere and no pest control is done. When it rains the apartment will flood and bathrooms leak with water from pipes. Fire alarm goes off daily and during the night.”

“It’s managed by Rocky I face problem with AC since 1 year back. The problem still not solved They give you offer price and they told it’s discounted price, then in the next renewal they increase the rent. Once you ask why, they said it’s discounted price and it’s not valid any more. In this way they pick you first time, then they keep the controlling you. If you come as new customer they give you lower price”
