When i use the washing machine as first time, my flat was flooded and they found out there was too many stones and sands accumulated in the pipes... this is ridiculous! Means the construction team did not clean at all?

“Honestly, this is the worst building I’ve ever lived in. The sound insulation is extremely poor — you can hear almost everything. On top of that, the construction site next door continues working beyond permitted hours 7 days a week, and there is also constant work happening inside the building itself.
The noise and ongoing construction have created a very unpleasant living environment. Moving into this building was a big mistake, and the situation has become difficult to tolerate. It genuinely feels like living inside an active construction site.”

“Honestly, this is the worst building I’ve ever lived in. The sound insulation is extremely poor — you can hear almost everything. On top of that, the construction site next door continues working beyond permitted hours 7 days a week, and there is also constant work happening inside the building itself.
The noise and ongoing construction have created a very unpleasant living environment. Moving into this building was a big mistake, and the situation has become difficult to tolerate. It genuinely feels like living inside an active construction site.”

No work is allowed to carry out both Saturday and Sunday which does not make sense, as people like me, works Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm, only time I have is weekend. Weekday I understand no work is allowed after 5pm. But weekend both whole day not allowed, while there is construction site going on next to us, this does not make sense.
After handover. The apartment was dirty, imagine my last iman handover that there is nothing for me to clean!
As a result, this will be my last investment with Iman.”
