“Lethargic maintaince team, despite of assuring free maintaince, the process is so cumbersome, you will almost die in hope of availing. Recently, I complained about electric shot circuit, the electrician only came after 10 follow ups and in no time he blamed the cause was watching machine. I found out two of my appliances Refrigerator and Washing Machine gone and asked them to simply change the elcb - the elcb was faulty, leading to high voltage supply. They brushed it off as appliances fault and left. I'm now sitting with two broken appliances and no electricity in my sockets as the elcb response is faulty. “Lethargic maintaince team, despite of assuring free maintaince, the process is so cumbersome, you will almost die in hope of availing. Recently, I complained about electric shot circuit, the electrician only came after 10 follow ups and in no time he blamed the cause was watching machine. I found out two of my appliances Refrigerator and Washing Machine gone and asked them to simply change the elcb - the elcb was faulty, leading to high voltage supply. They brushed it off as appliances fault and left. I'm now sitting with two broken appliances and no electricity in my sockets as the elcb response is faulty. By evening I had enough so I personally called a electrician out of pocket who confirmed the elcb was indeed faulty, they switched the wires to another elcb temporarily and the power restored. I dont suggest anyone falling pray to this building in hope of a peaceful life. There are lot of other issues which I dont wish to surface here. There's no way you can reach the owners directly, the employees are a mess, not in mood to work and poorly executed policies in the name of cost savings. Imagine, this could have left to a fire in my apartment. I'm truly disappointed from this and will take an action against the building management.”
