“I am telling my experience from an oldest tenant in that building , first of all it is livable building but you have to comprise many things before you rent : No way for two parking slots if you have second car you will suffer alot to find a normal RTA parking. No GYM.. Alarm disturbing any time but you will adapt Security and cleaning of the building is up and down , as they are not third party company You pay chiller separately outside out if dewa invoice. Outside the glass of the whole building not cleaned since I get in. But it is livable and apartments some how spacious and well designed but you have to compromise all of that before !”
