“Building looks good with good location, new building but not maintained to the required standards and not up keeping in line with the rents it is charging to the tenants. The exhaust mechanism is not working in the building and bad smells in the bathrooms and toilets is a common problem. Complaints given are not effectively sorted out by the management. There are no exhaust fans in the toilets and one has to rely on the central exhaust system which is not working since months. You can literally feel the gases in the toilets and smells can be realized in the bedrooms as well. It’s like you don’t get the service what you paid for and expected.”

“Building looks good with good location, new building but not maintained to the required standards and not up keeping in line with the rents it is charging to the tenants. The exhaust mechanism is not working in the building and bad smells in the bathrooms and toilets is a common problem. Complaints given are not effectively sorted out by the management.
