What one reviewer said

“All is very poor compared to other buildings in the vinicity. Though building looks outside standard, however the maintenance is very poor, even the operation team is not bothered. They are only interested in new tenants, existing tenants are left in dicey situation either to leave the flat.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.
