“Very Disappointed with the Building Maintenance I’ve been extremely disappointed with the condition of this building lately. The overall cleanliness is seriously lacking—common areas like hallways and staircases are often dirty and poorly maintained. On top of that, the lift has been out of order for days (sometimes even weeks), causing major inconvenience, especially for those living on higher floors. It’s unacceptable that such basic facilities are not being properly taken care of. Management needs to step up and take responsibility. Definitely not worth the price for what we’re getting.”

“Worst building, always Lift problem, no regular cleanliness, rude security, no free parking, now no Gas since 1 week.. this is filthiest building. Never recommend”

“would like to express my concern regarding the current situation in the building. It has been several months now with only one elevator functioning, despite repeated promises from management that it would be repaired soon. Additionally, the condition of the corridors has been less than satisfactory, as they remain quite dirty. I kindly urge management to take prompt action to address these issues for the comfort and safety of all residents. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”
