“BEWARE: Do not stay here. They are withholding security deposits.
I moved out of the RDK 1204 A building on October 30th, and despite being promised a refund of my 300 AED 150 Security deposit and 150 maintaince charges deposit, management has refused to pay. I have been trying to get my money back for over 4 months now.
I have dealt with Rehana and Abdula, but they are now completely ignoring my calls and messages. This is a scam to keep tenants' money after they move out. Very unprofessional and dishonest management.
Save yourself the trouble and do not give them any advance money. I am now filing a formal complaint with Dubai Consumer Rights (DED).”

“Subject: Complaint about Security Guard Naheed Amir's Service
Dear RDK A Building Management,
I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by Security Guard Naheed Amir, with one African security and another man who was busy on mobile phone, on duty at 3 am today. I was sick and unable to walk, and when I ordered my meds online, he refused to allow the delivery person to bring it to my room, citing it's not allowed.
As a resident, I understand security protocols, but considering my condition, I expected some flexibility, like sending a helper to assist me. This experience was quite frustrating.
I hope you address this matter and consider implementing a more resident-friendly policy for patients and elderly.

“I’ve experienced frequent interruptions in the gas supply at this building, often going off for several hours, sometimes not coming back on until the next morning. Despite multiple complaints, the issue remains unresolved. For families, especially with children, this constant disruption is extremely inconvenient and stressful. “Bad administration. In the beginning they said parking is free but then slowly they started paid parking and charging 200 for parking and 200 for the poll. And security deposit.that they took, didn't returned yet. Surely will file a complaint to authorities as I have whatsapp record of security deposit and there promise to return.”
