What one reviewer said

“Rose 1 Building (Sharafi Group) in Al Mankhool is an exceptional residential property that fully deserves a 5-star rating. The building stands out for its remarkably spacious apartment layouts and its outstanding, highly responsive staff who keep the entire premises spotlessly clean and well-maintained. A special mention goes to Azad from the security team, whose professionalism, alertness, and friendly demeanor make all the residents feel completely safe and welcome every single day. Combined with its prime location near supermarkets and the ADCB Metro Station, the top-tier building management and wonderful staff make this the perfect place to live in Bur Dubai.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.
