While the apartment is spacious, with a good layout and sufficient storage, there are serious issues that potential tenants should know about:
Management: Easily the worst I’ve dealt with in 11 years of living in Dubai. They take time to respond to maintenance requests, communication is extremely poor, and they aggressively push for rent renewals at inflated rates that go against UAE tenancy laws
Ongoing drain smell in bathrooms for over six months still has not been unresolved. Drain moths keep appearing in abnormal quantities.
Fire alarm issues: there has been some improvement when it comes to this. However, even light cooking (like frying an egg) can trigger it. There have been nights when the alarm woke me up for no reason.
Cracked walls, humidity imbalance, and moisture buildup under the kitchen sink. AC is either freezing cold or warm, no stable temperature.
The building staff (engineers, security, cleaners) are good and supportive.
I am sharing this so future tenants have a realistic picture, not the misleading one created after some of the reviews were deleted.”

“Finishings are really bad in this building, everything is falling apart after 1 year. Drops of cement are here and there in cupboards and bathroom tiles, the floor tiles are ridiculous-even water drops leave stains and doesn’t come off if you don’t wipe it right away, so floor always looks dirty.
Pool water is visibly dirty, temperature not controlled, and pool area is very sad-some patio furniture there like plastic tables and chairs, and few cheap sunbeds-that’s all. Gym is super tiny and very few machines.
Only good things: spacious apartments and nice security.”

“the people who work for the security, maintenance and hygiene of the building are very professional and very kind. the building is well maintained in its entirety. but let's talk about the important negative points, to start the pool area is empty, only 4 plastic deckchairs, the pool is neither cooled nor heated so very very cold in winter and impractical and very very hot in summer so not pleasant. then as for the apartments, the view towards the villas is not unpleasant but the quality of the materials such as the tiling throughout the apartment is just horrible. The bathroom tiling turns yellow over time and for the other rooms it is an ordeal to clean it keeps all the stains. In short it is a clean and quiet building but the standing of the building is poor.”
