“I decided to purchased an apartment from there and paid %10 prepayment plus %4 registration government fee, and after insee the contract inwas surprised to be soo one sided and not protecting buyer i decided bot to sign and they keep mt %10 and i am chasing fhem wince 75 days to take at least the %4 government fee which technically they cannot hold as purchase not hapoened and nothink to be paid to government. But the company dosnt even cares when you need them and they dont refound government fee since 75 days , made me baging after them. Sonthis company has soo bad customer relationships when you need somethink , my advice to be careful to work with them they will not be with you if you need somethink. Note; If someone needs i can prove.”
