“I had a very bad experience with this building management.
I had a payment issue, and instead of contacting me directly, they waited for one full month without any communication and then suddenly filed a legal case against me. The most shocking part is that they already had my phone number on file, yet when I tried to resolve the issue, they claimed my number was “wrong.”
If the number was wrong, how were they able to proceed with legal action using my details?
After I immediately closed the case on the same day, they still charged me AED 1000 as legal fees without any clear explanation or justification. This feels unfair and unprofessional.
On top of that, the maintenance quality is very poor:
• I had to bring someone from outside to fix issues because their maintenance was not reliable
• The water heater was leaking, and I later found out this is a common issue across multiple apartments in the building
Overall, this building suffers from:
• Poor communication
• Unfair legal handling
• Extra charges without transparency
• Weak maintenance standards”

“I had a very bad experience with this building management.

“Beware of these scammers. They make big promises when you're signing the contract, but consistently fail to deliver even the most basic level of service in the building. I strongly suspect the 5-star reviews are from fake accounts created by them.
I’ve had a shattered window for over a month now—still not repaired. The maintenance team keeps shifting blame between the glass company and the cradle company, with no real action taken.
They also promised a parents' meeting area and a kids' play area. It’s been a year, and neither has materialized. Just empty words with no follow-through.”

The impeccable cleanliness, the refreshing scent throughout the premises, and the exceptional professionalism of the staff truly make a difference. “After living here for a year, I can say the facilities are very disappointing. We were only able to swim in the pool properly once – most of the time it is either dirty or unusable. Around the shower area there is trash lying around, and even loose tiles, which is unsafe.
When we moved in, management promised there would be a ladies’ gym, but it was never delivered. Later they said the space would become a kids’ playroom, yet it is still completely empty.
Even when renewing our rent, they again promised that all of these issues would be fixed – but nothing has ever been done. Unfortunately, they do not keep their word, and the facilities are far below what was advertised.”
