Unlike many other communities deeper inside Dubailand, this location is only 2 minutes from E311, meaning you reach the main highway instantly with almost no internal traffic. So, fast commute to major areas because you join E311 immediately. Also, easy access to nearby landmarks like Global Village, IMG Worlds, and many others.”

“Went to the location yesterday. Nothing is happening. Bin ghatti next door skyflame and vintage announced months after samana and already started foundation work. I regret buying from them. Waste of money. They drag you into paying months before handover even if they are late. You end up paying more than the contractual plan before delivery.”
