“A great project with amenities in Dubailand. Highly recommended and worth the investment. The construction progress seems not up to mark as per their plan. Please ensure timely handover by Q3 2027. All the best!”

“You may want to think twice about handing over a "fully refundable" deposit to Samana Developers because, if they return it, it'll likely be minus fees for no good reason, and you may be forced to wait and complain for 5 months or more to get it back.”
