From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“I would like to commend the SBK for their effort on external house maintenance, which is appreciated. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the routine maintenance of individual houses. Focusing more on regular checks and addressing specific issues within each house could enhance overall satisfaction. Thank you for your continued efforts and attention to these matters.”
