“Seychelles Apartments is just 5 mins walking distance from Mall of Emirates. It’s near hotels like Marriot Courtyard, Golden Tulip and Centro Rotana. Opposit of that you can find Ibis Hotel. The area is very accessible, you can get a cab immediately outside the building or take a bus in the opposite site of the road. If you want to go shopping, Mall of Emirates is very close. You will also find alot of restaurants nearby. There is also a grocery in the same building which is very convenient if you need something quick. The apartment size is not that big though. We are living in a 2-bedroom apartment, the kitchen’s size is fine - not big, not small. Living area is too small, it’s like a hallway size. In terms of amenities, there is no swimming pool nor gym. What I like the most from this building is the location since it’s near the mall, metro, buses and restaurants.”
