The management is unresponsive, resident concerns are often ignored, and there seems to be little interest in resolving ongoing issues. For the premium rents being charged, residents deserve far better service, maintenance, and attention.
This building does not deserve even a quarter of a star. Unless significant improvements are made, I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed and secure place to live.”

“I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the living conditions and management of this building. There is a complete mismatch between the price we are paying and the quality of services provided.
• Sound insulation is extremely poor, and we are constantly disturbed by noise, especially from the 24-hour gym, where late-night weightlifting causes a loud rumble across the floor.
• The fire alarm goes off almost daily, which is frightening for children and unacceptable in a residential building.
• The swimming pool has been out of service for over six months, despite repeated promises that it would be repaired. This is very disappointing considering we are paying over AED 100,000 annually, yet one of the most important amenities remains unavailable.
• The gym equipment breaks down weekly, and the lack of proper maintenance is frustrating.
• Office administration is unresponsive—calls and messages are ignored, making it feel like no one cares about the tenants’ concerns.
I strongly urge the building management to take immediate action to resolve these ongoing issues.”

“Very cheap building materials so you can hear everything from your neighbour even when they sneeze! Drains flies always here in bathroom and kitchen and they say we have to do pest control ourselves. Parking isn’t covered although it was supposed to be done when the building opened. Pool is under maintenance since months, and not even one sunbed is available. Fire alarm is always ringing for the smallest thing all the time so putting bokhor or smoking, good luck. The office management doesn’t really do anything about all the above. But the 2 cleaners guys are very nice people”

“building infested with cockroaches in the hallways and now in our apartment. the swimming pool not usable. presence of significant humidity with mold in apartments and dressing rooms. constant alarm. unclean residents presence of waste in the parking lot. no one is acting on our health and our environment is in danger. never come here it's a nightmare”

“So many cockroach 🪳. It grows a lot from the trash room then and it started to come in the house from the hallway . Drainage smells very bad during summer it’s getting worst . The house keep smelling drainage.
