“Good building and facilities, but management is too strict for normal living and behaves insensitively. Even a small welcome board or guest footwear outside the door is not allowed. Sometimes it feels uncomfortable and stressful to stay here because of unnecessary restrictions. We are continuing only because of the existing contract, otherwise we would have vacated earlier.”

“I am very disappointed with the customer service experience. Despite paying all required fees and three months’ rental in advance, I was not assisted with reserving a unit due to issues with their application. The team was unable to provide accurate information about unit availability and did not offer any alternative solution, such as manual reservation or follow-up support. I was repeatedly told to check the application, which defeats the purpose of contacting customer service. I expected better assistance, especially considering the system problem was on their end. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.”
