“Awful, don't come and especially don't invest! There's not a single day when you can close your eyes and rest between the corridors and neighbours; you get used to living with regular banging sounds without knowing where they come from! We're living a real nightmare – imagine having paid and suffering like this!! Everywhere in Dubai there is competent security services, rules and civility whether in Business Bay in towers with thousands of people, and here it doesn't work! You have to question the education of the residents! No civility in the corridors, supermarket trolleys rolling and making noise!! They rub against the walls, they talk loudly, it's really very heavy! The gym – women come in their pyjamas with their phones without earbuds, you're forced to endure and share their lives…! But how can people be so badly educated and have no sense of community living! Then this message is for the people who reply to comments instead of sending similar messages – you should rather handle requests one by one and display in common areas and during meetings the rules of community living governed by the municipality because many of us are complaining and at some point we will be forced to take legal action!”

“Catastrophic, no respect for neighbors. Mothers screaming in hallways as if they were alone, children playing and shouting in corridors. There is no neighborhood respect and especially no respect for Dubai's image which should be peaceful and in harmony with all different cultures, not just one! One should not impose their lifestyle in Dubai but rather respect that of each person! We do not recommend this building—it is difficult for us to live here daily. We call security but they don't do much.... Dubai will lose its quality of life if no one does anything, and especially these people don't educate themselves!”
