“Terrible experience with cleanliness and pest control
I’ve been staying in this building for a while now, and the cockroach problem is out of control. We had to pay from our own pocket to do pest control three times, even though the roaches are clearly coming from the building itself.
The management did bring pest control once, but the issue is still not resolved. It has been two months of living with cockroaches, and nothing has changed.
Despite raising this issue multiple times, nobody is taking real action. It’s extremely frustrating and unacceptable to deal with this level of hygiene in a residential building.”

“The building Skyline 12 served its purpose well by staying and good for family room. The building has been mostly well-maintained and the owner is always trying to solve whatever issues. As experience of the tenants living here has been satisfactory overall. The location is bright , spacious, and well-ventilated. The management team has been also responsive and helpful throughout their tenants. A very peaceful environment with respectful neighbors. The amenities(pool, gym and etc.) were a great plus on the building / unit. The building is clean and the security were consistently well alert of any matters. The management responds quickly to any maintenance requests. Skyline 12 building give and served the best, and have great value for the location and services they provide. The area is centralized and prime location with excellent connectivity here dubai is very accessible nowadays transporation are easy. Higly recommend for anyone who is looking for a quiet place and safe to live.”
