“Conveniently located in the greens community very near to albarsha and mall of the emirates, Soluxe Residency is a Chinese run apartment complex with exquisite access to swimming pool, gym and public transport. I am in a studio apartment on a lower floor. The building is fairly well managed, the reception is manned by lovely staff: Sarika and Madhu. My check in was seamless and the room itself is spacious and large, fully furnished with all modern appliances and the balcony is quite large as well. It is one of the most economically priced blocks in the community. Splendid”

“The management of Soluxe is very bad. They will charge you for doing renovation work on other floors that you cannot even visit. It is the most inconvenient place. Staff will charge you money for cleaning the corridors. They create maintenance issues and all look for money from you for resolving any maintenance issue. A small blub change can cost you AED 400 whereas it is available for AED 10 in the market. Please be very careful with them and if possible go to other places in Greens”

“The management of Soluxe is very bad. They will charge you for doing renovation work on other floors that you cannot even visit. It is the most inconvenient place. “Very rude and cruel people. Susha takes people money and does nothing. Worst services and they can hurt you physically. Susha is cruel and rude. Do not go to this building. She threatens people all time. There are many issues and to fix every small issue they will take 1000 aed and then they will ensure you have other issues. No outside services can be taken. Avoid this place.”

“Very poor. Its cleaning staff keep harassing female visitors and residents. EXTREMELY DISGUSTING! This Soluxe operated accommodation is a place you want to avoid at all costs. RUDE employees all over the place. There are many buildings in the Greens, why bother live in here? THANK GOD I MOVED OUT.”

“It is a very nice place with nice people. The Chinese management ,the reception, the security, the housekeeping supervisor, the technician, they all r very kind. I saw one guy gave an incorrect comment. Su Sha is kind to tenants and tried to solve issues every time. I am sure he did not get what he wanted ,so said that.Anyway,if I return to Dubai,I will choose Soluxe again.”
