“Initial experience was kinda a bad, but after a couple years of living in the building I have to change my opinion. Maintainance has become way more responsive and of better quality. Also, they come when you ask them - which is not a very frequent service in Dubai (as far as people say).
So far, I’ve become a fan of wasl and their support - 24/7 line with really quality guys on the call.
As always, there’s been some frustration while moving between apartments from 1BR to 2br, but the support really helped (feels like first time in my life).”

“Extremely Disappointed with Wasl’s Management
I deeply regret renting an apartment in South Heights Tower B under Wasl’s management. From day one, my family and I have been struggling with unbearable noise from the 24-hour gym located directly above us. The constant banging, day and night, has made it impossible for us to get proper rest, and my young children can barely sleep.
The most frustrating part? Wasl was fully aware of this issue before we moved in. Previous tenants faced the same problem and were relocated, yet instead of addressing the issue or at least informing us beforehand, they chose to rent the apartment out to us—a family with young kids—without disclosing the situation.
Since moving in, we have repeatedly requested to transfer to a different floor. Now that an apartment is available, they are making the process unnecessarily difficult, demanding that we cover all transfer costs, penalties, and extras. This is beyond unfair, considering they knowingly rented us an apartment with a severe problem.
It’s clear that Wasl’s management does not prioritize tenant well-being. Their only concern is getting units rented, regardless of the living conditions or the impact on families. Their lack of transparency, accountability, and basic decency in handling this matter has left us feeling frustrated, unheard, and completely let down.
I would strongly advise against renting with Wasl unless you want to deal with dishonesty, poor management, and complete disregard for tenant concerns. I sincerely wish we had never dealt with them.”
