“Brilliant project under construction in probably the most strategic location for future of Dubai, being close to Dubai South, where the new Dubai airport will be situated alongside the new world trade centre, as well as being close to the new palm island (jebel Ali), and still close enough to the Jumeirah palm island and Marina. The project amenities are expected to be first class, and luxury, whilst the building itself is designed to offer flexible living, with convertible rooms. Really look forward to seeing this project come to life in 2 years. Great building design whilst located a stone throw away from the metro is always going to be future investment proof. This will have investment up…”

The project amenities are expected to be first class, and luxury, whilst the building itself is designed to offer flexible living, with convertible rooms. Really look forward to seeing this project come to life in 2 years. Great building design whilst located a stone throw away from the metro is always going to be future investment proof. This will have investment upside from one of the best known developers in Dubai. Hopefully the surrounding area develops at the same time to give the area a further boost!”
