I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the maintenance services and the unprofessional conduct of the staff at the Tamcon Building in DIP, where I am a resident.
Over the past few days, we have been facing significant issues due to the negligent attitude of the two individuals currently managing the maintenance tasks. Their behavior towards residents is extremely dismissive and irresponsible, showing a complete lack of accountability.
Specifically, regarding the water tank cleaning that took place yesterday and today:
Yesterday: Water supply from the overhead tank was cut off while the main ground tank was being cleaned.
Today: Although the cleaning work appears to be completed, the water supply has not been restored.
Despite our requests, the maintenance team has failed to release the water, causing immense hardship for the residents. It is unacceptable to be left without water for basic needs, especially when the maintenance work is supposedly finished.
I am unsure if the senior management is aware of these ongoing issues and the poor treatment residents are receiving from your staff. I urge you to look into this matter immediately, ensure that the water supply is restored without further delay, and take necessary action against this unprofessional behavior.

“I would like to share my feedback regarding the gym facility timings in the accommodation. After the holy month of Ramadan, it is disappointing to note that the gym timing for gents has been reduced to 6:00 PM.
As most residents return from work around 5:30 PM, it becomes very difficult for us to make use of the gym within such a limited time. This change is quite inconvenient for many working individuals who rely on this facility for their daily fitness routine.
I kindly request the management to reconsider the timing and extend it at least until 7:30 PM. This small adjustment would greatly benefit the majority of residents and will be highly appreciated.
