“This building is so badly designed that your ceiling and floor vibrate from upper and lower apartments TV and Air Conditioning units noise. It is a complete disaster. Persistent vibration and structural noise from lifts system can be felt at night in the bedrooms and keep you awake long nights. On top of that, some neighbors use excessive sound systems connected to their TVs, creating constant disturbance, and despite submitting clear evidence, Emaar Community Management has taken no effective action. Highly disappointing experience — the building is not recommended at all.”
