“I felt very bad experience from the security named mahmood(egyptain)who was in charge at B-block. When i came at reception for picking my kid infront of the building. He blocked me and behaved very badly to me , shouted to the other security guard " ask her room number". I asked him back why should i say my room number everyday. He again showed his attitude to me. I felt insulted infront of others. I am residing in a freehold ownership flat.We are paying 4000dhs from the january to this date. When your security system started to an action, we send our all the documents required for the office. They said all the peoples are changed so you should send it again. Ok fine. We are ready to regist…”

“I felt very bad experience from the security named mahmood(egyptain)who was in charge at B-block. When i came at reception for picking my kid infront of the building. He blocked me and behaved very badly to me , shouted to the other security guard " ask her room number". I asked him back why should i say my room number everyday. He again showed his attitude to me. I felt insulted infront of others. I am residing in a freehold ownership flat.We are paying 4000dhs from the january to this date. We are ready to register with the security system, but they said only 16th october you can register. That is also fine. We will wait. So their responsibilty is to open the gate for me. They didnt, they blocked me and insulted me infront of other people . And he was laughing at me when i came back the recption. I felt very very bad. Kindly please appoint minimum english speaking people for this work. These Iliterate people dont know what to talk, what the documnets required and all. Please take necessary action.”

“This Tasaheel Building is also called Lootah Building. Situated at Al Qusais Industrial 4. A very convenient location. The RTA bus station is beside the bldg. A supermarket, a restaurant, a sheesha bar is located in the bldg.”

“There isn't any option to give star in minus otherwise I will give it -100 stars. Very very worst maintenance services, There AC will never ever working properly,and their AC and maintenance team are not experienced, after calling more than 10 times they will come and check and says that we haven't that material or call to our manager, our duty is finished now, we paid extra to outsider AC guys for services more than 1000 AED for services. *I recommend all don't rent flat here if you want to live happily* *Worst maintenance and management*”

“Minus -100 Star No proper maintenance, recently they close the Lift and staircase for 1st floor. In case of fire emergency, no way to out. Only way to die !!!!!!”
