A special mention to the security team, Surya and Kumar, who are always professional, approachable, and attentive to residents’ needs. Their presence adds a strong sense of safety and reliability.
I would also like to recognize Mr. Saqib, the Facility Supervisor, for his efficient management and responsiveness. Along with the rest of the maintenance team, they ensure that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

“I’ve really enjoyed living here. I appreciate how strict they are with the building rules and how everyone is expected to follow them. It creates a respectful and peaceful environment for all residents.
A special mention to Agent Usman — he is very helpful, listens to your preferences, and understands which apartment side would suit you best. If you prefer a quieter unit or one away from nearby construction, he takes the time to understand and guide you properly.
The security and maintenance teams are very proactive. There are CCTV cameras throughout the building, and every visitor or delivery is properly checked, which makes us feel safe.
This is honestly the quietest building I’ve lived in. The facilities are always well maintained, and the residents are respectful and considerate, making it a very peaceful place to call home.
A special thanks to the maintenance team, especially Saqib and his team, and to the security team, especially Suria. They always greet you with a genuine smile and are quick to assist whenever there is an issue.
I just hope nothing changes, or if it does, it’s only for the better. I truly appreciate how everything is handled in a professional, respectful, and decent way.”

“I stayed 3 years from the beginning. My experience during my stay was very good and Mr. Shahid and Mr. Shaqib was very cooperative. All maintenance is done immediately. The building is very calm and neat.”

“We are currently living here, and my family and I are very satisfied with our experience. The building is very well managed, and the management team ensures that residents maintain discipline and respect within the community. It truly lives up to its tagline as the “quietest building.” 😊
The facilities are also impressive and feel very hotel-like. The gym, pool, and lobby are all well-maintained and welcoming. I especially love the entertainment room — for me, it’s definitely a 5-star feature! It is fully fitted and feels like an extension of our own living room. Our guests always feel very comfortable whenever they visit.
I would also like to give special mention to the building management team, especially Surya (the guard), Saqib, and Sahid. They are all very attentive, responsive, and helpful whenever we have concerns or issues. Surya, in particular, is the kindest guard we have ever met. He always greets us with a smile, which truly makes a difference in our day.
We are very happy living here and look forward to spending more years in this building.
Special thanks as well to our agent, Ali, who did an excellent job in helping us close the deal. He was very responsive and answered all our questions patiently throughout the process.
