“Rooms are ok but the staircase where filled with waste of cigerets and food. Exhaust Fan is not there , because of that good smella are not verywhere on the floor. Should maintain good space for Family . Here toomany partitioning made me uncomfortable to stay with my Family. Rest everything is fine until we take care of our room properly.”

“Inside the building things are pretty ok, but no lights outside at dark. Building surroundings kept open for litter, instead building management can plant nursery plants which could be more appealing.”

“It is a narrow building and the parking area conditions is ver bad Looking at this building, it seems that no one lives here small room without balcony family and bachelors apartment mixed.”

“All over uae totally worsh building,worsh management system and worsh building maintenance team. Always issue of water,gas, light, cooling, even maintenance team don't know about this. because they are you belongs to technical field. Maintenance supervisor response is very bed and rude.”

“Flats are good, outer area has to develope. Its a costly area with limited restaurants and supermarkets. Nearest supermarket is 650m away and much costly. Bedspace and rooms are available.”
