“Very poor experience with deposit refund. Even after completing proper handover and inspection, I have been chasing my refund for over 3 months with no response. Management communication is inconsistent — first saying keys were missing, then confirming they were received. Now they are raising new issues that were never mentioned during the original inspection. This clearly shows a lack of transparency and professionalism. I have full proof of the apartment condition at handover. Not recommended if you expect fair and timely service.”

“Terrible building, terrible sound isolation in the apartments- you can hear your neighbours opening a microwave. The parking is dirty, like never cleaned. Neighbours are inconsiderate: when they cook they keep the doors open, shouting in the corridors late in the night, moving some stuff etc.”
