“All rooms in the X03 series are smaller than a standard 2BHK in Al Raffa area. An agent showed me an apartment that was abandoned by a previous tenant and the government notice was pasted on the door, all belongings were strewn across the floor, with clutter, debris, garbage bags, etc. Not sure what makes the landlord permit prospective tenant viewings when it takes only 2 hours to declutter an apartment. There are two decent sized elevators that can fit a large double doir refrigerator. Seperate entry and exit for parking at ground level which is great. No service elevator, no basement parking. Attractive, clean lobby with security guard. There are 2 ramps for wheelchair, pram nd shopping trolley access. The agent listing mentioned 'brand new building' and '2BHK Huge Size'. It would be good if landlord keeps an eye on listings. My time was wasted and the impression about Imperium building is affected forever.”
