“The best property in Dubai. I am a resident here for more than 2 years and I have stayed in other apartments in Dubai, but nothing comes even closer to this. 5 stars for everything including the cleanliness, facilities provided, service provided and so on. Special mention to all the staffs of the building. The hospitality is unmatched. We are treated with at most respect.”

“I live in 1201 , I really love this building so much. The quality of the build is amazing. The admin staff for Siddiqui and son are so awesome . They actually sent me a gift on my birthday recently.
The security and Maintenace team are fantastic, always quick polite and ready to help. I couldn’t wish for a better place to live.
Just one thing if they could resolve it that would be amazing. The pool opens 8am to 8pm it’s too late in the morning for working people if it could be open at 7am it would be a cherry on the cake as they say. Thanks”

“I love the building and am the first tenant almost 3 years now. However I see it not fair that the women doesn’t have 2 hours a day at least in the gym. Considering UAE culture and religion we need 1-2 hrs a day dedicated to women to use the gym!!! Its really upsetting no one is considering that although most of the places have a specific timing for women. And btw already talked to one of the management and no one did anything about it. I don’t see it very hard. I would truly appreciate it if you guys take it seriously and do something about it. Thanks”

“Best quality building, but the security and the management they ignoring my continuous complaining about the neighbor. They are making noise and moving furniture which cause very loud noise. However, I have small baby who can’t sleep because of this noise. Im really upset beca no one solving my issue in the building.
Unfortunately, still the issue not resolved, however, the management sopke to us and told us that we have to deal with it which not expectable at all.”
