“I have been living here since 2019 and things only get worse. The building itself isnt bad but the management here is below poor. The manager Abraham, does not even want to do anything, the moment you say hi to him his response is “ i hope you spoke to security first” and doesnt want to even hear what issue is. Talks as if you work for him and not him being responsible for building. Very rude approach and ignores the issues. The receptionist does nothing but sit in her seat all day, when approached bluntly ignores you, you will be talking to the wall. The building is not cleaned as much anymore. The stairs were dirty for weeks until i asked to clean it. If you call or whats app them they do…”

“I have been living here since 2019 and things only get worse. The building itself isnt bad but the management here is below poor. The stairs were dirty for weeks until i asked to clean it. If you call or whats app them they do not respond. When you go down the receptionist ignores you again. They tried to make me pay for the door lock because apparently anyone from outside can enter my apartment if they have the key even if u locked from inside and left the key in. I stayed for a month feeling unsafe until it was fixed. There is only one security guy here for past years and god bless him, he responds and tries to fix things and follows up. The rest really treat you in a very impolite manner. So the quality of living here has really went down massively.”
