What one reviewer said

“I experienced extremely rude and disrespectful behavior from the security guard Ashanul who was on duty in Block B on June 3 and another Arab security officer who came from Block C to Block B. I simply just asked about management email address or contact number. Both of them rejected to do that regardless of explanation from my side and also they started to attack me with the disrespectful comments like “who are you to come here” etc. The Arab security officer also pointed his finger at my face, and declined to provide his name when requested. His behavior was extremely aggressive. I would like to obtain the email address of the company managing this building so that I can formally report…”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.
