“Maybe one star is even too much for those who deal with reception and resale they were extremely bad to the furthest extent. She tells me I have to be polite when I'm talking and she was actually the one making mistakes against me. The receptionist is extremely rude and disrespectful. I contacted them to get some info on resale studio in Time 2, waited almost a week with no info. I had a bad day as she was very rude on the phone and didn't even want to let me talk.”
