Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

This is oldest building in Dubai downtown , basically peoples are staying here those are working in downtown area , This building having of 15 floors . You can find here bedspace under 500-600AED if you don't want to spend more money,Few drawback i have seen when i visit here ,the place bit dirty and not so hygienic ,so think before if thinking to find a stay in this building”
