However, unfortunately, some new residents appear to have mistaken the building for a labor camp. Despite repeated complaints, they continue to hang large amounts of laundry out of the windows, creating an unsightly and unpleasant appearance.”

“Who’s managing this Building I asking about manager number The Guard said i don’t have any number and he’s shouting with me i just said i want to park my car i have Deliveries to much in both blocks because want sorting to my deliveries outside have to much heat if not allowed to inside he can talk with softly this is not fear”
