I completed their official cancellation process for an Aspirez office — formally confirmed on 15 Oct 2025 — and since that day, they have completely ghosted me. Every follow-up email ignored. No acknowledgment. No updates. Total silence. I was upfront about my financial situation and even agreed to reasonable deductions — yet they couldn’t be bothered to respond. Seven months later, as of 10 May 2026, not a single representative has reached out, and my refund hasn’t even been initiated. “First of all, this is an off plan development. As of May 2023 there is nothing in this place, not even a sign of preparation for construction. Secondly, not sure if Municipality really approved this development based on the proximity to other existing nearby towers. The distance between the vacant land where The Views are supposedly constructed is only about 10 meters away (you can verify it yourself using this Google Maps). Also try it yourself what you can see, hear, and do at that distance.”
