“The gym’s air conditioning has been an ongoing issue for nearly two years and still has not been permanently resolved. Every time a complaint is raised, the maintenance company comes, refills the gas, and leaves without properly fixing the root cause of the problem. The AC works fine for a few days or at most a week, and then it stops cooling again. This cycle has repeated multiple times, showing a clear lack of proper maintenance and long-term planning. As a result, working out in the gym becomes extremely uncomfortable, especially during hot weather. Despite repeated complaints, there has been no effective or lasting solution provided. This is very disappointing for residents who expect basic facilities like a properly functioning gym and air conditioning to be maintained.”
