“I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience I had in this building . I cannot recommend it at all due to various issues.
The lack of proper communication and unskilled staff, some of whom don't even know how to compose a basic email, are major concerns.
The inability to identify the sender or recipient of emails adds to the frustration.
In addition, there is a significant lack of clarity and an excessive reliance on physical visits to their office for even minor disputes.
They impose fines based on assumptions, offer high prices, and deliver subpar services.
I strongly disapprove of Al Wasl Properties.
When I initially joined, I encountered issues with security not allowing me to access my flat until I transferred the DEWA account under my name.
Even though I had completed the payment and transfer, DEWA's system indicated it was still pending. It took significant effort to assert my rights and gain access to my unit.
Over the course of three days, the security personnel repeatedly pressured me.
To my dismay, I discovered that the problem originated from Al Wasl, as they had outstanding debts and unpaid fines. This lack of responsibility on their part is disgraceful.
Al Wasl is, in my opinion, the worst company I've ever dealt with. They prioritize profit over quality, with high prices and poor service. The management and administration are uncooperative, making living conditions unbearable.
The incessant noise from various sources, including late-night drills and children playing on scooters, only adds to the discomfort.
Moreover, there is a persistent foul odor emanating from the bathroom and washing machine connections. Even a single drop of rain results in the basement being completely flooded.
I reiterate my strong recommendation against choosing Al Wasl Properties.”

“Spacious rooms, separate gym for gents and ladies.
Lot of problems with HVAC
No kitchen hood fan , so fire alarm ringing regularly.
No separate exhaust-fan in bath room , it is centralized and not working most of the time.
Access card required to exit from basement parking.”
