“Although the building and flats are spacious however the build quality is not upto the mark.you can hear the sound of other rooms above and below and sound of washroom flushes even. Also, the fire alarm is a huge issue. Everyday ,more than once the alarm keeps ringing, morning, afternoon, even in the middle of the night and it's a problem if small kids are there or you want to sleep peacefully. Recently , after they changed the cleaning contract, the new cleaning company does not keep the building or corridors cleaned. There is smell coming from corridors and also cockroaches can be seen. The only think we can do is keep on complaining on the app. Such issues are not acceptable for such exorbitant rents.”

“I have been in this building for 4 years since 2021 and it's a really good building with many facilities such as gym pool playground and so on. But the most worst thing about it is the fact that we are not allowed to play any sports even if we play catch and catch with a tennis ball. When try simply some football with friends after like 2 months the lifeguard reports us and even when the pool was closed for 2 months he was on duty like for what? There is no water in the pool.This is not good.”

“Extremely Disappointing Management and Unfair Treatment of Staff I’m extremely dissatisfied with how the building management operates. Security guards and cleaners are paid poorly despite the essential services they provide, and on top of that, they aren’t allowed to use any of the building’s amenities. This is incredibly disrespectful to those who work hard to keep the property safe and clean. As if that’s not enough, the restrictions on residents are over the top. We’re not allowed to use scooters, cycles, or play even the mildest games like badminton or tennis in the playground area. These unnecessary rules are making it impossible for families and kids to enjoy their time here. It’s honestly frustrating living under such unreasonable conditions. The wasl management needs to step up and address these issues immediately!”

“the building is overall good as there is a swimming pool and a park but the kids and teenagers aren't allowed to play football I understand that but there should be effective communication between security and tenants as there is no proper signage saying "no football or any sport activities allowed" and also they take away our property like footballs and then the give us fines of like 5k i guess and then this year 2025 on march 7 the building security comes pushes my friends the youngest one being 8 and then tackles me just for playing football and then i went and asked him why he did it and then in Hindi he is saying "I am from Delhi that's why" and then I told my parents they went talked to the security guards and asked for cctv footage from the security and then they are saying I'm giving giving and other lame excuses so in my opinion they were refusing to provide the cctv footage and then that security gave an "apology" and then my mom told me to apologize as well but I gave a fake apology and promise and then 10 days after that we are playing football again the ball goes in one direction and then the security takes the ball and then my friend quickly takes the ball away and then the security grabs his hand really tight and my friend had to free his hand so he started tugging and what not and eventually that security let go of his hand and then this march 22nd me and my friends were playing volley ball and one security told it was ok and then after a while another security came and told us to stop playing and all and was yelling at us and we were respecting him and he was yelling at us and I told my friend to go in Malayalam and that security was falsely accusing me of saying bad words which I didn't say and then we deescalated the situation and then i told something to my friend and then another different security came charging at me for no reason after I told something to my friend and luckily my friends parents were there so they intervened and on top of that the previous security company that handled the bldg. from 2021-24 was much better that the new company as the previous company was much more professional and then this company walks in and then I get assaulted my friends get assaulted then what's next we get beaten up or what these security guards tackle us grab our hands and do what not and this is the problem then no proper signage fines me and my friends have had to deal with this for 4-5 years”
