“The area is really cool. You'll have access to a nice gym in the residence. There is a pool for kids. Good place to just walk a bit. Near Union Coop, like 5min walk !! Staff and security ok. But... Lived there for some months. Depending on the side of your appartement, you'll have different experience i guess. We had the bad side, next to Wasl Road. The road where everyone is testing their car speed limit and motor noise. That kind of road :) So yeah, worst experience possible. Don't recommend. You'll have extremely high noise all day, all night because of the high traffic. Don't choose this side, really !”

“The area is really cool. You'll have access to a nice gym in the residence. There is a pool for kids. Good place to just walk a bit. Near Union Coop, like 5min walk !! Staff and security ok. But... Lived there for some months. Depending on the side of your appartement, you'll have different experience i guess. We had the bad side, next to Wasl Road. “Im a current tenant of Wasl Square apartments and we are very disappointed that the community management does NOT care about our convenience and comfort. One thing that I don’t understand since we’ve moved here, is that why the building management allows for maintenance and refurbishment works to be done during late hours & midnight! Shouldn’t there be any rules & regulations about not causing sound pollution when tenants are resting? From sewage cleaning and plumbing works to replacement of driveway pavement!!! The noise is very disturbing and we can’t sleep; especially if you have a baby or an ill person at home who needs to rest. We’ve complained about this so many times. Al Wasl management office says it’s the responsibility of the security team; whereas the security team doesn’t bother with it at all. Every time we have to wake up in the middle of the night and go to them to do something. Yet, all they say is that “it will finish soon”!! They have no power or control over the situation. There should be clear instructions from the management or maintenance department that no such works are allowed after 9 pm. We’ve tried every way possible to draw their attention to this and it hasn’t worked. I hope someone reads my review here and gets back to me.”
