What one reviewer said

“I’ve had a wonderful experience with the Z2 Building. The environment here is incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect place to come home to and unwind. The maintenance team deserves a lot of credit—they are prompt, professional, and always helpful when needed. Beyond that, the building common areas are kept very clean, security is attentive, and the overall management is smooth. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-maintained and peaceful place to live in Dubai.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“There’s no zero star to add to this building management, if you are looking for a place to stay this is not an option to choose at all, management has no responsibility towards the building, the apartment AC has a garbage smell, believe me you don’t need to put yourself in this situation. They have been saying we will send you the deposit money for more than 2 months now but nothing is happening. All 5 star above is added by the building employees which is a joke, I feel sorry for them. Building is dirty and the service are below zero.”
