Even basic cleaning of the communal areas isn't being ensured. When the management itself is completely heedless to the problems of rent paying tenants, why would you want to live here? Absolutely disgraceful.”

“Don't trust the reviews by certain people on here, they don't even live here. Aftercare and maintenance provided by the incompetent building management is horrible. Even basic cleaning of the communal areas isn't being ensured. When the management itself is completely heedless to the problems of rent paying tenants, why would you want to live here? Absolutely disgraceful.”

“Building is nice but maintenance manager is no good. not responding properly and arrogant. nowadays building cleaning also sub standard. Hope Owner will take some action on lazy maintenance management.”
