“It’s a tranquil place comparatively and being a three storey building maintained well, thus water supply electricity and lifts are adequate to look after the residents and Owner’s ie building office being part of the building, prompt maintenance is forthcoming rapidly.”

“Viewed a two bedroom apartment. The building is very well maintained and it is very clean. Quiet building. Only for families. The rental fees are reasonable. However, the rooms are somehow very small. A bit if a walk (1km) to the nearby metro station.”

“Never in my life I will live here again. The real estate Sun City Properties over charges us. And they even charge for car park. No mercy event for old tenants. Not much of facilities. Just a Gym with broken equipment. No Etisalat mobile signals inside the building.”
