What one reviewer said

“Barsha Heights is a total hidden gem for its price and location. Compared to nearby areas, it hits the perfect sweet spot: JBR is heavily overpriced, Al Barsha 1 is constantly overcrowded, and Al Quoz isn't somewhere most people want to live. Plus, you have the villa communities right across the way, and it’s a very easy 7-8 minute walk to the Dubai Internet City (DIC) Metro Station. About Al Fahad Tower 2: The Structure: It’s a massive building well-divided into two separate sectors (Block A and Block B). Amenities: The swimming pool is huge and works perfectly fine. There is also a massive gym space, though it currently has quite a few broken pieces of equipment that management really…”

There is also a massive gym space, though it currently has quite a few broken pieces of equipment that management really needs to step up and resolve. The Rooms: For a tower that is 10+ years old, the apartments and rooms are in excellent condition and hold up incredibly well. Pricing & Market Notes: Rental rates definitely fluctuate with the recent market shifts. Currently, master bedrooms start around AED 3,000 to 4,500, while partitions run from AED 1,350 to 2,800. Bedspace rates tend to vary month to month. Overall, it's a highly recommended building if you want great space and connectivity without paying premium tourist-area prices”

“The building is old, shabby with cockroaches and stinks. 15 min wait for the lift is normal. Don't even want to go to the pool and gym. I don't recommend it!”
