“I’m be got a very bad experience. The flats are more or less fine, except they are dirty and there are a lot of insects. The worst is the manager of this building. When the time came to return the deposit he never answered. Also they provided the list of damages from completely different apartment”

“If there was a change in the nanagement, tthe tenants should not be affected by it at any cost. I am now in their office to exchange my cheque and it takes ages for someone to attend to me. I took half day from work just to settle this out, such as waste of time. The maintenance is zero, I requested for a bathroom maintenance work last March and we are leaving the apartment with that request undone. It could have been a nice place to live if properly managed.”

“The building is now managed by Harbour real estate probably the worst company to manage this building since Binghatti people sold the building to them. I would like to share my experience with this company . I have been living in this building owned and managed by binghatti themselves and they were very kind and responsive to my requests and the offers they gave were very good and helped me to stay in this building even during our hard times which we are facing nowadays. Now suddenly Harbour real state took over my building and now they are managing the building. They are very rude and now their aim is to throw me out of the apartment due to their acts and unprofessional way of treating customers as well as they are not helpful with anyone just materialistic and care about money, even thought what i requested from them was very simple and manageable from their side, they didnt even listen to me and refused all options. I urge everyone not to deal with this company cuz you will end up with a big headache”
